Foster's West Bay Prepaid Vacation Plans -
Terms & Conditions
- Foster's Vacation Plan Packages are issued in a set of 5 one-week certificates that can be used in any combination and in any year and are valid for up to five years from date of purchase. The certificates are based upon the tier- plan purchased and will only be credited for the actual tier- plan purchased.
- Packages cannot be applied to or used for any existing reservations made prior to the date of purchase of any package.

Package pricing are valid only for Regular Season dates. An additional surcharge will be charge for any reservations made during High Season dates posted on our regular website at the time of booking.
- Plan certificates are transferable to any party. Upon any transfer, plan certificate members are required to notify Fosters in writing to Reservations at reservations@fostersroatan.com that they have transferred the certificate, provide the number of the certificate and the transferred party's name. This will prevent possible misuse or non-approved transfer of certificate.
- Prepaid Vacation Plans are not refundable in any circumstance. Prepaid plan certificates can be transferred or sold to another party. Upon any transfer or sale, plan certificate members are required to notify Fosters in writing to Reservations at reservations@fostersroatan.com that they have transferred the certificate, provide the number of the certificate and the transferred party's name.
- Vacation Plan Certificates may be combined with other forms of payment for upgrades and additional nights. Each certificate will be credited as one week towards the desired length of stay for the particular tier plan purchased. Any additional charges will be based upon current rates for the actual accommodations reserved and any additional nights reserved.
- Any applicable room and government tax will be charged upon arrival and based upon the actual tier plan package price purchased and any additional accommodation costs incurred, such as an upgrade or additional nights.
- Plans must be paid in full prior to reservations made. Any plan balance that is not paid in full within the 90 Days of acceptance will be accessed a monthly finance charge of 21% per annum based upon the unpaid balance. Any plan balance that is unpaid after 180 days will be forfeited.
